Company to supply information technology hardware, software, supplies and support equipment
CHICAGO – May 22, 2014 – CDI Computer Dealers Inc. (CDI), a leading supplier of recertified brand name computers, is pleased to announce that they have been awarded a GSA Schedule 70 contract (GS-35F-0254Y) and are certified to provide recertified technology to the U.S. Federal Government. Acknowledging the growth in federal spending through the GSA, CDI has placed their recertified technology on the government’s electronic ordering system, GSA Advantage!®.
“With this schedule, we’ll have an opportunity to provide federal agencies with technology and open up significantly more markets for our growing business throughout the United States. Our schedule will expand our reach beyond the federal government to numerous state and municipal governments as we can now offer their government and military agencies this technology at fixed government pricing,” states Saar Pikar, CEO at CDI Computer Dealers Inc.
CDI takes the uncertainty out of the recertified market boasting an advanced and effective testing line, and a 12-step process to refurbish computers and other technology products. Through extensive testing and attention to detail, recertified units from CDI have lower failure rates than those of brand new equipment. With a combination of strong customer service and quality product, CDI is able to provide inexpensive equipment with better service and reliability than new.
