Christian Cosmer Vice President

Christian Cosmer is a Vice President in the Boston Office. Mr. Cosmer focuses on growth equity investment opportunities for H.I.G. Growth Partners, where he is responsible for sourcing, executing, and monitoring investments.

Christian is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including deal origination, transaction execution, and implementation of post-closing value creation initiatives.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Christian worked for Audax Private Equity, a middle market private equity firm based in Boston, where he focused on investments in software & technology and consumer companies.

Christian began his career in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey based out of New York. Christian received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Economics from Boston College.
