Gerald Castaldo Principal

Gerald is a Principal at H.I.G. Growth Partners and is based in the New York office. Gerald focuses on buyouts and minority growth equity investments in software and technology-enabled companies.

Gerald has over a decade of investing and advisory experience. He specializes in helping entrepreneurs build market leading, high-growth businesses. Prior investment and board experience includes Advanced Solutions International, Bite Squad, Connectria, Information Builders, Printful, Procure Analytics, Solo and Truckstop.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Gerald spent eight years leading technology investments at Bregal Sagemount, a growth-focused private capital firm. Gerald began his career in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Greenhill & Co.

Gerald earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
