Jeff Goodman

Principal

Jeff is a Principal at H.I.G. Growth Partners in the Boston office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including deal origination, financing, transaction execution, and implementation of post-closing operational initiatives.

Jeff has private equity investing experience across a wide range of industries including technology-enabled services, healthcare and business services, and currently serves on the boards of several of H.I.G.’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Jeff worked for Waud Capital, a middle-market private equity firm based in Chicago. Jeff began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Jeff received his undergraduate degree in Economics, Cum Laude, from Harvard University and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
