Rob Dreier Managing Director, Business Development

Rob is a Managing Director, based in Boston. He leads Business Development and sourcing activities for H.I.G. Growth Partners.

He has experience in managing business development activities across a variety of asset classes and business types.

Prior to H.I.G., Rob worked at Bunker Hill Capital, where he was a Partner and responsible for the firm’s business development and sourcing efforts. Prior to Bunker Hill, Rob was Co-Head of the Financial Sponsors Coverage Group at BB&T Capital Markets and held roles at RBC Capital markets (and its predecessor firms).

Rob holds a Master of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. from the University of Arizona (Finance and Accounting).
