Rohit Mahtani Associate

Rohit is an Associate at H.I.G. Growth Partners based in the New York office, where he focuses on majority and minority equity investments in B2B software and tech-enabled services companies.

Rohit is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, as well as supporting existing portfolio companies.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Rohit worked at PSG (formerly Providence Strategic Growth), a Boston-based growth equity firm, where he focused on sourcing and executing investments in B2B software and tech-enabled services companies. Rohit began his career in investment banking at UBS, focusing on FinTech and Asset Management.

Rohit received his Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University.
