Ross Hiatt Managing Director & Head of H.I.G. Growth

Ross Hiatt is a Managing Director and Head of the H.I.G. Growth Funds, based in the San Francisco office. He is responsible for the day-to-day activities of H.I.G. Growth Partners, H.I.G.’s dedicated growth equity fund.

Ross has over two decades of investing and finance experience, with expertise across consumer internet, fintech, SaaS, and enterprise technology. Before joining H.I.G., he was a senior member of the technology investment team at TPG Capital and was responsible for all aspects of investment sourcing, execution, and oversight. Before TPG, Ross spent 10 years at Goldman Sachs where he worked with some of the world’s leading technology companies. Ross began his career in the high yield and leveraged finance group at J.P. Morgan.

Ross earned a B.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University, both with honors.
