Samir Agadi joined H.I.G. as an Associate in 2023 and is responsible for sourcing, executing, and monitoring investments.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Samir was an Investment Banking Analyst at JonesTrading Institutional Services supporting healthcare, consumer products, and technology transactions. Prior to JonesTrading, Samir was an Associate at EY-Parthenon.

Samir received his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Comparative Studies from Duke University.
