Tavish is based in the New York office, where he leads operations and research for H.I.G. Growth Partners. In this role, Tavish is responsible for research as well as the oversight and delivery of operational work for H.I.G. Growth.

In this role, Tavish is responsible for developing perspectives and research around investment themes, as well as the oversight and execution of fund operation responsibilities for H.I.G. Growth.

In his research-oriented focus, Tavish utilizes a cross-sector knowledge base to provide deep understanding of key focus areas across the technology landscape.  Further, he identifies, evaluates and analyzes industry and category trends, constructing theses and reports that inform investment strategies, drive decision-making and facilitate value creation across our portfolio.

In his fund operations focus, Tavish designs, leads and continuously evolves operational processes including portfolio monitoring & reporting, resource allocation, talent management, and other strategic initiatives. In addition to ensuring the fund is successful in attaining overall business and operational goals, Tavish spearheads digital transformation projects, implementing tools and technologies to drive process improvement and effectiveness.

Tavish was the Principal of Strategy & Operations at Evolution Media Capital, the investment arm of Creative Artist Agency (CAA) and TPG.  In that role, he handled all operational aspects of the business, including Research, Compliance, Accounting and Legal. He began his career at JPMorgan within private wealth management.

Tavish graduated from Skidmore College with a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics.
