Tom broadly focuses on SaaS, Healthcare Technology, Cloud & Data Software, and Internet & Digital Marketing Technology for H.I.G. Growth Partners.

Tom Belatti is a Vice President in the Boston Office. He focuses on lower middle market and growth equity investment opportunities for H.I.G. Growth Partners, where he is responsible for sourcing, executing, and monitoring investments.

While at H.I.G., he has evaluated and completed numerous investments in the SaaS, Internet & Digital Marketing, Healthcare, and Healthcare Technology sectors.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Tom was with McCarthy Capital, a private equity firm focused on leveraged buyouts and growth equity investments in business services, software, consumer and financial services companies. Tom began his career at BMO Capital Markets where he advised technology and business services companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets financing.

Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
