Jon broadly focuses on SaaS, Cloud & Data Software, Internet & Digital Marketing, and FinTech for H.I.G. Growth Partners.

Jon Sullivan is a Vice President in the New York office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, executing, and monitoring investments.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Jon was with GCA Advisors, an investment bank that provides M&A and capital markets advisory services to growth technology companies. Jon began his career in engineering working for Northrop Grumman and the LA Department of Water and Power.

Jon received a B.S. in Engineering from UCLA and a Masters in Engineering Management from Dartmouth College (Tuck School of Business & Thayer School of Engineering).
