Will broadly focuses on lower middle market and growth equity investment opportunities for H.I.G.

Will is a Vice President in the Boston office, where he focuses on lower middle market growth buyouts and minority growth equity investments. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including deal origination, transaction execution, and implementation of post-closing value creation initiatives.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Will worked at Sole Source Capital, a private equity firm focused on lower middle market industrial companies. At Sole Source Capital, Will completed investments in sectors including manufacturing, distribution, and packaging. Prior to Sole Source Capital, Will was an Associate at Investcorp focused on private equity investing. Will began his career at Jefferies as an investment banking Analyst.

Will received his B.A. degree in Economics from Boston College.
